As a Civil Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and construction of telecom infrastructure, including towers, fiber optics, and other critical components. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
In this role, you will have the chance to leverage your expertise in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other industry-standard software. You will also gain valuable experience in the telecommunications sector, working on projects that support the digital transformation of Indonesia.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and plan telecom infrastructure projects, including towers, fiber optics, and other critical components
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed project reports and technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Oversee the construction and installation of telecom infrastructure
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the telecommunications sector
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom infrastructure design and construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards for telecom infrastructure in Indonesia
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
