📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute compensation strategies.
• Manage the compensation and benefits process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Monitor and adjust compensation programs to reflect changes in the market and organizational needs.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Certification in compensation and benefits administration (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
