In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust testing framework that aligns with industry best practices and emerging trends in AI testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI solutions are not only functional but also reliable, scalable, and secure. As an AI Quality Assurance Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with the latest tools and technologies, including Selenium, Appium, and JIRA, to streamline our testing processes and enhance our overall quality assurance strategy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive AI testing framework, including test automation, performance testing, and security testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that AI models and algorithms meet quality standards and performance benchmarks.
• Develop and execute test cases and scenarios to identify and address potential issues in AI-driven applications.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies, such as Selenium, Appium, and JIRA, to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of testing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in AI testing, and incorporate new methodologies and tools into our testing framework.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that our testing efforts align with business objectives and user needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on AI and automation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and JIRA.
• Solid understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues in AI-driven applications.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications in AI testing, such as ISTQB Advanced Level - Test Automation Engineer or Certified AI Tester, are a plus.
