📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including stock control and replenishment.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.,Implement and monitor inventory management systems to optimize stock levels.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.,Handle any warehouse-related issues or disputes to maintain a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with warehouse safety and quality control procedures.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
