📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Work with the IT team to improve and enhance IT services.,Monitor and report on IT performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a team and independently.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
