PT Akasia Mega is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a proven track record of success in designing and delivering effective training programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of training programs and materials.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure training needs are met.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, providing guidance and support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.,Support the Training Officer in the management of training budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
