In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, and maintaining high levels of efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and deliveries.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key indicators.,Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to develop and implement warehouse improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and inventory.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
