📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and implementation of community development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community needs.
• Conduct field assessments and stakeholder consultations to gather data and identify key issues.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, including progress updates and final evaluations.
• Coordinate with local government and community leaders to facilitate the implementation of programs.
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
• Provide administrative support to the Program Officer, including document management and event coordination.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops for community members.
• Stay updated on best practices in community development and share insights with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate (Bachelor's degree) in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Strong interest and knowledge in community development and social impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools such as Trello or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
