📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Support the front desk team in maintaining accurate records and managing guest data
• Assist with the preparation and distribution of room keys, housekeeping requests, and other operational tasks
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as required
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related field
• Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Indonesia
