As an HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resources management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance and support.,Assist in the organization and execution of HR training programs.,Support the HR department in any other tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
