Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and support,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to senior management,Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service,Handle inventory management and ensure stock levels are optimized,Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, retail, or branch management,Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software,Familiarity with retail operations and best practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
