🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, or related discipline).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a manufacturing or related industry.,Proven track record of successful department management and team leadership.,Strong understanding of industry best practices and trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
