📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of our retail stores, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that all store operations run smoothly.,Provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive shopping experience.,Assist in the training and development of our retail staff.,Help to maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and other store performance metrics.,Participate in store promotions and special events.,Help to ensure that our stores comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,A willingness to learn and develop new skills.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
