📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Support in the planning and execution of fleet-related activities.,Assist in the management of fuel and other consumables for the fleet.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
