In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with managers to align training programs with business objectives,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development or a related role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Certification in training and development or related fields is a plus
