📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily cashiering operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer transactions.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Promote a positive and professional work environment.,Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of cashiering policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
