📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all financial operations and ensure the financial health and stability of the clinic.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the clinic's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the budget and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and budgeting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
