Camp Food Group is looking for a Lead Learning Development to drive our organizational development initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. You will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that our learning and development initiatives are aligned with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that are aligned with our business goals and objectives.,Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure that our learning and development initiatives are effective and impactful.,Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees who are undergoing training and development programs.,Work with the HR team to identify and address any gaps in employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain a learning and development calendar that is aligned with our business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs to large groups of employees.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience in using learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
