📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently and politely.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a smooth flow of visitors.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and follow up on any necessary actions.,Coordinate with other departments to assist with guest needs and inquiries.,Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Assist in training and mentoring junior receptionists to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.,Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
