📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and provide solutions.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain training records and reports.,Assist in the implementation of e-learning solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
