As a Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities, while also ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You'll work closely with our property managers and tenants to address any maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

In this role, you'll use industry-standard tools such as SAP Property Management Software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant maintenance management systems. You'll also be expected to obtain and maintain certifications in property maintenance and management, such as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all maintenance tasks.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule and plan, taking into account the unique needs of each property in our portfolio.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality materials and services are used for all maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain all maintenance equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working order and safely stored.
• Conduct regular inspections of all properties to identify and address any potential maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, invoices, and inspection reports.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulations, and incorporate this knowledge into the maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or equivalent certification in property maintenance and management.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-standard tools and software, such as SAP Property Management Software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant maintenance management systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and tenants.
