📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized nursing station.
• Documenting patient care activities and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Assisting in the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuing education programs to stay updated on best practices.
• Promoting a positive and supportive environment for both patients and colleagues.
• Assisting in the management of patient care equipment and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant healthcare jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
