📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most suitable candidates for the positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
