As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily menus, ensuring variety and quality.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.,Monitor food costs and inventory levels to optimize efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless food service operations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food items are prepared and served according to the restaurant's standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the restaurant location occasionally for inspections and training.

🛠️ Keahlian
