📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.,Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Create and manage marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising, to promote our healthcare services.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales and marketing efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
