In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present compelling sales proposals to meet client needs and exceed expectations.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services, and participate in trade shows and industry events.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the market and industry knowledge.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
