In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Manage the payroll process and ensure timely payment of employees.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and tax regulations.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
