📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial transactions, including cash receipts and disbursements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including bank reconciliations and financial statements.,Provide financial advice to management, including budgeting and forecasting.,Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial health.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff in accounting and financial reporting.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
