📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integration.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR team members, and external recruiters.,Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize our hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment between recruitment efforts and overall HR strategy.,Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by promoting equal opportunities for all candidates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM software.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
