📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.,Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Ensure the security and compliance of our IT systems, including data protection and disaster recovery.,Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime.,Provide technical support to end-users and ensure smooth IT operations.,Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.,Conduct regular system audits and provide recommendations for improvements.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.,Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent are a plus.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 services.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with end-users and other IT teams.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
