In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Review and edit technical documentation to meet quality standards,Develop and implement technical writing processes and procedures,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to team members as needed,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop technical documentation,Ensure that technical documentation is accessible and user-friendly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,5+ years of experience in technical writing,Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
