📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of documentation,Review and edit technical content to meet quality standards,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Assist in the creation of training materials for new employees,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development meetings to gather information for documentation,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role,Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
