📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the strategic planning and development of the College of Engineering & Architecture, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and industry standards.
• Lead faculty and staff in curriculum development, ensuring courses are up-to-date with technological advancements and industry requirements.
• Foster a culture of innovation and research, encouraging faculty and students to engage in cutting-edge projects and publications.
• Manage faculty recruitment, development, and retention, providing support and resources to enhance teaching and research capabilities.
• Collaborate with industry partners to establish internships, co-op programs, and other experiential learning opportunities for students.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, implementing necessary quality assurance measures.
• Represent the college at academic conferences, forums, and industry events to build professional networks and enhance the college's reputation.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance student engagement, success, and retention in the college.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic leadership, with a proven track record in deanship or senior administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and architecture education standards, including accreditation requirements.
• Experience in curriculum development, faculty development, and student success initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate faculty and staff.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, secure funding, and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and technologies in engineering and architecture.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Blackboard, Canvas, or similar platforms.
