📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct personalized coaching sessions to help individuals develop essential life skills.
• Design and facilitate engaging workshops on communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community programs that promote personal growth and resilience.
• Utilize tools like Zoom and Google Workspace for virtual coaching sessions and program management.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching and workshop programs to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in life skills coaching and personal development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for coaches and participants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or related fields.
• Certification in life skills coaching or a similar field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and facilitate engaging workshops.
