📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Ensure the coffee equipment is clean and well-maintained to guarantee the quality of the beverages.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks to meet customer demands.
• Follow health and safety protocols, ensuring a clean and safe workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for coffee and hospitality.
• 1-3 years of experience in a coffee shop or café, or equivalent experience in hospitality.
• Familiarity with coffee brewing methods, including espresso, drip, and pour-over.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
