📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with table reservations and ensure a smooth dining experience.

• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and handle physical tasks.
