📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to expand our digital audience across Southeast Asia
• Optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Adjust
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to refine growth frameworks and maximize ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in audience growth
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth hacking, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Adjust
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Certification in Google Analytics or equivalent is a plus
